1. Our services

Zenon edits short-form video for creators and brands: Reels, TikToks and YouTube Shorts. What each plan includes, such as the number of videos, turnaround and revisions, is listed on our pricing section at the time you sign up.

2. Plans and billing

Plans are billed monthly or yearly, in advance. Your plan renews automatically until you cancel. Videos you do not use in a billing period do not roll over to the next one.

3. Footage and turnaround

You send raw footage through the upload link we share with you. Turnaround times start once we have all the footage and the brief for a video. Delays in footage or feedback move the delivery date by the same amount.

4. Revisions

Each plan includes the revisions shown on the pricing section. A revision is a change to an existing edit, such as timing, captions, music or the hook. A new concept or new footage counts as a new video.

5. Ownership and usage

Once an invoice is paid, you own the final edits and can post them anywhere. You confirm that you have the rights to the footage, music and brand assets you send us. We may show finished work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

6. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access to your plan until then. Payments already made are non-refundable unless the law requires otherwise.

7. Results

We edit to improve retention and reach, but views, followers and sales depend on each platform and on your audience. We do not guarantee specific results.

8. Liability

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost revenue or lost data.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If a change affects your plan, we will email you before it takes effect.
