Zenon is a short-form video editing studio. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it and what choices you have.

2. What we collect

• Details you send through our contact form: your name, email, channel or handle, videos per month and message.

• Footage, music and brand files you share with us for editing.

• Billing details, which are processed by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card number.

• Basic, anonymous analytics about how visitors use this website.

3. How we use it

We use your data to reply to your enquiry, deliver and invoice the edits you order, and improve our website. We only email you about your project or your plan, never unrelated marketing without your consent.

4. Who we share it with

We share data only with the services we need to run the studio, such as hosting, file transfer, email and payments. We never sell your data.

5. Your footage

Your footage is stored in secure, access-controlled storage and is only seen by the editors working on your videos. We delete raw footage 90 days after a project ends, or sooner if you ask.

6. How long we keep data

We keep enquiry details for up to 12 months and billing records for as long as tax law requires.

7. Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email hello@zenon.studio and we will reply within 30 days.

8. Cookies

This website uses only the cookies it needs to work and anonymous analytics. We do not use advertising cookies.
